I arrived early for my appointment 08:15 hrs - my OPA was at 9.30 reception staff failed to book me into the CRs book system. I was then waiting a half an hour and eventually seen at 10 am. Reception staff on 1st floor dental - ignored me when I went to make myself known they told me they were too busy to attend to me so I left, my blue paper and walked away.
