Comprehensive.
They seem to care about your health.
I will only improve they feel less in a rush but I guess is not their fault but the reassure to see/attend many people. Make the numbers.

I enjoyed the overall outcome of how my teeth looked. The best part of the experience was that nothing was rushed in the last stages of my brace treatment. Even though my teeth seemed fine, my dentist believed fine was not enough as she wanted all the gaps to fully close. I appreciated that after I came back about 2 months later when my teeth looked excellent. However, one of my appointments were cancelled without my knowledge, which worked educational time for me as I had missed time of school to come here.

The staff Sima Ria was very polite and delivered an effective service to me and my child. Although I had to go for a second X-ray, because the first wasn't done right, Sima Ria apologised for the wait and saw us straight after the second X-ray.
So I am happy in today's service. :-)

I suffer from anxiety and the dentist and dental nurses really put me at my ease. They explained each step clearly and gave me lots of reassurance. The dentist was quick and the tooth was extracted easily.
