People were friendly, attentive to my problems and very professionals. I was surprised by how kind and genuinely nice they all were (except for the receptionists, who treated me like they had plenty of better.more interesting things to do when I was talking to them). I felt listened to ans looked after and every step of the way was thoroughly explained to me.

How do you manage to overbook a clinic so much that the wait time alone is 2 hours!! Dentist/nurses were excellent though.
