Professional staff and clean/new surroundings, staff clearly explains treatment.
Needed to arrange this appointment as my son is studying for evens, because it couldn't be have been my 2nd rearrangement it couldn't be done.
He's missed on afternoon off of school which is a shame.
Staff very kind and helpful, good environment both professionally and cleanliness, tidyness.

Long wait at reception arrived 11:06 and long wait 11:11 for reception to acknowledge. Now 12 noon and still waiting. 12:07 in, 12:14 out, 1 hour wait for 7 mins with dentist. should be a better plan for routine clinic discharge. Dentist was great. Good service

Staff were friendly and informative.
A pity treatment couldn't be done on the same day.
Book less people in for consultations then they can have treatment done on the same day.

Staff were all respectful and took into consideration my wheelchair. I was always kept informed of what would happen and everything was made clear to me. The reception staff was also very polite.
