- Perfect service.
- What could be improved: Allowing direct patients referrals, rather than referrals by dentist only.
- Two plus hours seated in the dental unit is far too excessive - reduce time.

Having turned up to an appt that had been cancelled but not notified, we eventually spoke to Aminda that who was extremely helpful in getting us seen urgently.
Unfortunately the service we received from reception desk was unsatisfactory.
