The waiting times were very long before appointments so that could be improved. The nurses/orthodontists etc are nice and friendly usually.

Everything was explained in full and the dentist did not do anything without warning me first. It was a difficult extraction and all the staff were friendly and patient. I was seen on time and the service was excellent. Andre Xavier was brilliant.
