I was seen always regularly during my treatment and always kept informed during my treatment.
Only thing I would change is that my follow up appointment has been delayed continuously for over a year.
Fantastic staff and lovely service - always very polite, cheerful and willing to talk.

Improvement.
The waiting time/delay was very long, went at least an hour over appointment time.
Wait time during the consultation was long whilst the doctor disappeared to consult another consultant.
Staff were polite and nice. They were friendly.
