I attended an appointment, where I take annual leave, commuted 3.5 hours and waited 1.6 hours to be seen. It turned out there was an administrative ever and I had been booked with the wrong consultant!
This was despite my phone call to appointments switch board, querying the appointments as it was on a different day to usual. I was still told, this appt was usual, I was still told, this appt was with the right person. Please try to do simple admin tasks properly!
