Need to improve running patients appointments on time. Waited for one hour.
Receptionist seemed slightly rude towards myself. Don't listen to what I said and then asked me a question in a rude manner although I already answered it. It was regarding making sure my personal details were up to date.
Staff performing the treatment are always informative and explain what they are doing and why.
