Everyone is very considerate of my son's additional needs (autism and learning disability) so he feels safe and secure and in turn is calm and appropriately behaved. If he is scared and anxious he can shout and lash out. Friendly staff who talk to my son and explain what they are doing as they do it make the difference! Plus the hospital is so clean, it shines/it's privilege to be treated here.
