The care has always been exemplary but the clinic waiting times are unacceptable. I have been a patient for 10 years and every time I have to wait between 1 and 2 hours past my appointment time. I appreciate there can be emergencies but it can't be every time. I work in a hospital and would suggest the clinics need to be reviewed. Perhaps less slots but longer slots. So patients are not sat waiting for 1-2 hours. Please review your clinic templates. It's not fair on your staff either as they are constantly being moaned at as well.
