I had a fall and suffered from a minor injury . I went to A&E due to concerns of my painful right shoulder. Very friendly staff from reception, triage nurse, X-Ray technician and Doctor. The whole process was 3hours which is pretty reasonable for a minor injury, very pleasant experience and I can't praise them more.
