I checked in at 3.30, waited for an hour - I was not called. I called at the reception with a lady called Norma Hamilton. She just told me I had to wait 2 hours and did not bother to check why I was being delayed. After another 20 minutes I asked another receptionist (Naini) who checked inside and told me will be seen shortly. Inside I was told the receptionist did not check me in properly. So everyone left thinking I did not attend. I was very disappointed with Norma Hamilton who was so unhelpful and did not even bother.
