My appointment was at 11.45 there were 2 clinics running alongside each other, and the receptionist was on her and one of me consultants was called off duty, there were no verbal communication with patients the waiting time was over an hour late, we did not get soon till 13.10, there were heated arguments at the front desk with the patients this could have been avoided if we were kept up to date.
