Every time I visit this clinic I have a wait of 1 hour plus.
Why? This is unacceptable. The the registrar/consultant wants to see you in less than 2 minutes.
This is not good service that the reason why patients like me get referred to your dept 3 + times. A waste of public money. Please improve this.
Consultant want compassionate and listened to my concerns.
