My previous appt was incorrectly written on my appt card, and so it seemed that I missed my appt. I then got a very rude voicemail from someone from the hospital to say that I missed an appointment because I failed to attend and if I missed another I would be discharged. I would like that person to call me back so I can speak to him, as I didn't like the tone or attitude he portrayed.
