The staff and my doctor (Hooi )he is very helpful and friendly. And explain you very well what is going on with your health.

Medication staff,the service is not very good. Last time i was there i had to wait for 1hr or over.

I was attended to by a specialist nurse named - Jane. I had obvious symptoms of bacteria vaginosis including a fishy smell in my vagina and an abnormal vaginal discharge. she dismissed my concerns by saying she could not perceive any odour in my vagina even tho she was sitting far away from my vagina and would not have been able to smell the fishy smell. she told me it was normal to smell abnormal sometimes even tho i told her this is untrue for me as I've never smelled fishy all my life (i'm 27 yrs old). she told me it was normal to have abnormal vagina discharge sometimes. she totally dismissed my concerns and offered no treatment. I asked her to check my vaginal ph and she refused. she was very rude, direct, and unpleasant. i left my meeting with her feeling helpless and upset. even if she was not going to be able to offer me treatment, kindess would have gone a long way. she was far from kind and is on of the worst nurses i've ever met. her care should be looking into.

Train the nurses to be more empathetic and kind. Jane was a poor communicator and she was very mean to me. absolutely unprofessional!

The nurse who performed my procedure was super reassuring and comforting. She settled my nerves and my worries. She was so kind and caring.

The nurse was very professional . She listened to my concerns and was able to give me the right treatment choice . She also gave me the right information and cleared all my doubts .

There is an overflow of people who need sexual health screening .and need support / treatment . This was my second trip and I had to go there an hour early . Is there a way of dealing with the situation . Some people did not like being turned back for some reason . But there is a tendency those return 1or 2 might need immediate treatment . And A&E is not always the best place for this as people want their privacy .
