I needed to be seen and checked and was.

I was informed they were short staffed and the reason I came down was cause ok the booking link all the dates were greyed out. So I think looking at the booking system to make it more fair for others or to address the short staff issue that contributes to 1-3 hours waiting times

Absolutely outstanding service from the NHS.

I had to google about the active sex time frame and more about the infection that they picked up today but given how busy they were it was understandable

The care I received was absolutely brilliant! I was treated with dignity. The Doctor was extremely professional. There was a human element to my care ie, I did not feel or treated as if I was just a number. It was an interactive conversation. It’s the best care I’ve ever received across the NHS!

It was perfect. I can not complain.

Second time at this hospital, and was seen by the same nurse as last time. She is brilliant so professional and kind. Made me feel at lot of at ease.

Nurse was in a hurry while listening and explaining things to me. Was cutting me short every time I expressed my worries. I felt like she was not interested in listening to my concerns. All she wanted is to finish the consultation asap. Not felt welcomed.

Could have listen to my concerns a bit with a polite tone in response

I was attended to by Dr. misbah Khokhar and Gina. It was a lovely team and they gave a listening ear and patiently answered all the questions I had. Misbah seemed experienced and was able to insert the IUD with no tussle! I have never felt respected and treated with do much dignity before.

Took longer before we could be let into the waiting lounge-Maybe was too early or the team was probably on lunch break
