Whenever I have to visit the clinic, I am always treated with respect and dignity. I’m made to feel comfortable and always receive the best care, reassurance and advice. Sonny is amazing! Mandy has also been great on the times I have seen her on my visits.

I don’t like the walk in clinic. As I work 9-5 and I find it hard to get time off, I can’t afford to spend a few hours waiting in the waiting room. With having an appointment I can schedule in the time needed. Also if ever I’ve been worried that I might have tested positive, sitting in a waiting room only increases fear and worry. We understand that it’s hard to manage the amount of people coming to the clinic but I’m sure most patients want to me in and out as soon as possible and not sat waiting for hours worrying about tests or be told results and get treatment

The nurse in charge Julie-Anne was so full of energy and professionalism. By the time we finished consultations I felt so positive and actually started letting go any doubts about my health. It was an awesome service.

I think it's all good for now.

The doctor removing my coil today was amazing. She truly put me at ease as I had been worrying about the removal. The nurse along side the doctor (sorry not sure of her correct title) she was also amazing. The pair of them made my visit so stress free. Please thank them both and give them both a pay rise!

I felt the nurse was very upbeat, friendly and explained everything very well! Very gentle in the treatment itself and helpful in other service available in my circumstances.

Good at timekeeping and very clean don't think there was any issues to work on if I'm honest! Great service to have locally!
