All because of Nurse Melissa Alveres, she was amazing. So sweet and gentle too! I really hate getting my blood taken and she did it so gently and quickly without hurting me. I felt very safe in her presence. She also did everything very quickly! I was in and out, got everything I needed. It was perfect! Thank you Melissa, From Melis x
