From my first appointment back in October ‘23 to now I have always found the staff to be very kind and courteous. I was a nervous wreck the first time I arrived but was made to feel welcome and not judged. Every visit for follow up blood tests I always joke on with the staff as I’m very difficult to bleed- but I make a joke of it and eventually go with a smile on all our faces
