I was taken into a room by nurses Gio who kept me there for 10 minutes before realising that I'm the wrong patient despite the fact that he confirmed the date of birth, resulting in me having to wait another half an hour to actually be seen. I got to the apology for this, I got no priority to be seen, everyone acted as if it was my mistake for being taken in the back and kept there for 10 minutes for no reason.
