Doctor Bukky was extremely sweet, patient and intelligent, she was informative and kind. Great humour and relatable. First time meeting her and I hope I be lucky to be assigned to her again in future.

Calling out my name and surname and date of birth at the reception for identification is not idea especially in front of strangers. GDPR is a thing in the UK and I found this to be too open for my liking. Give us a unique number and let’s identify with that please. They do that in other hospitals already.
