The doctor Tommy that I had, was very understanding he reassured me to let me know everything he says will be kept confidential and he didnt force or overload me with questions. He was also very kind and understanding and helped me out a lot today.

Just the waiting time to be fair. I was getting impatient but obviously I understand there was other patients.
