From the moment I arrived with staff helping where to go, then the lovely lady at reception I felt very well treated. When it was time for my treatment, both ladies were very friendly and lovely with my young son. I was given all the information needed and was allowed plenty of time to ask anything needed. During I felt safe and comfortable.

From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was very nice and polite and I have zero complaints.
