The doctor who fitted my coil was excellent. She seemed really dedicated to providing a good service and she made me feel comfortable at all times. She explained the process to me and shared her views. I really enjoyed being in her presence, alongside the other medical support staff with her. They may have noticed that I was anxious about the procedure but they explained that i would be fine and it will be quick. They both made the experience good.

Nothing, we need more doctors like this. She was chatty and talked me through the process. I always felt informed.
