Mandy was a very nurse. Kept me at ease and explained everything in the appropriate detail. Asset to the NHS

I understand the NHS is short staffed but I feel having really only one drop in clinic for 3 Boroughs is not enough. I was worried I would not be seen too considering the amount of discomfort I was in.
