I have seen 3 GP and 1 consultant. They gave me about 2 mins of their time. Physio listened to me and my symptoms and give good explanation. Kind physio, therapist, made me feel positive and that I could help myself to be better.

Really friendly therapist that demonstrated and explained exercises well. Program of exercises that was easy to follow and led to real improvement within a matter of weeks.
