Mr Gangwani was very amazing, professional and excellent surgeon. All the staff treated me with kindness and compassion. Naiwen (HCA) was very nice and very professional.

Directions to eye clinic were clear.
Reception staff very courteous.
Doctor/Assistant who took scan slightly abrupt but thorough, doctor Hagon particularly kind and informative.

The nurse was so made and snappy. We've tried our best to be polite. I don't think she was in the good mood- Unlikely.
Overall OK with the doctors. (I believe it is important to be friendly and helpful etc).
