Good service from the 111 team and received an appointment to see a doctor in a reasonable time. I think I need an x-Ray but was told waiting time was 12 hours which was unacceptable .

I was invited for an iron infusion. The nurse was very welcoming, highly professional and competent. Also the doctor supervising the procedure. I could not fault either.
