Waiting time was 1hr as opposed to 2 which was expected - I suppose 10mins would be better…

The Doctor listened to me and my child. He gave my child a through examination. He prescribed antibiotics, but didn't say why. The next day I called my surgery and they explained.

It was good for my dad to be checked out properly because if his age and it was very thorough. The GP also took advice from a Consultant in A&E which saved us a journey to the JR. Very impressed with the care he was shown.
Suggested improvements
My dad is 90 so the wait was difficult for him but equally I appreciate that there were young children whose needs were greater.

The nurse who saw us was extremely friendly and put my son who was worried completely at ease and made him feel better in himself.
Suggested improvements
If reception staff let us know what was happening and gave us in the waiting area an update on waiting times
