I’ve made some good friends. Having a tv in the bay and swapping between chair and bed.

Sometimes agency. Nurses need to read the handover more so i don’t need to repeat myself.

The care and kindness from staff. They are always smiley and encouraging.
Suggested improvements
I was put on QDS without being told or explained. Poor communication from doctors.
Poor lunch menu and variety.
Some staff are hard to understand or hear.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Waiting was bearable. Follow up from the Happi Clinic at the JR happened exactly as was explained to me be clinic staff.

The staff that looked after my son and the thoroughness of their investigation. They were kind and compassionate.
Suggested improvements
The hospital was clearly under staffed as we saw the doctor an hour after our appointment time. The doctor also explained that he was very tired and had a long day ahead of him.
