The doctors have interacted so well in a way that I have been able to understand as I can sometimes get a little confused all the other staff have also been exceptional and always so helpful and never put you down when you needed more time to understand

This is the best hospital I have ever been to and it definitely beats the big hospital where the staff there are always rushed and uninterested where as here the people helping actually care and help

Generally the care given by most of the staff has been good.

Being more accurate with information about my next steps to get me discharged, it would also be nice to have continuity of the staff. Also sometimes the wait for someone to come when you have pressed the bell could sometimes be to long.

The compassion and professionalism have all been good as well as the warmth and friendliness the staff and experience has been extremely good. It doesn’t matter what colour the staff are wearing they are all amazing

They need to increase the number of plastic bedpans so your not waiting to use a comfortable one, also the wristbands are a little uncomfortable and sharp. It would be nice to be offered something other than sandwiches with the soup something like quiche or something. However the soup is excellent.

I had an emergency operation. I can only say that ALL of the staff were AMAZING.
Even though they were busy they had time for you...
