Empty waiting room so a 20 minute turn around on first visit. Next day had to go back for an X-ray. Xray was quick then back to the waiting for a wait. Sign said 2 hours waiting time but this wasn’t correct.

All the staff at MIU were great, kind and caring towards me and my son. We were treated quickly and efficiently by Neil, Sue and their paramedic colleague (sorry I didn’t get your name!)

A display of expected waiting times would have been useful to manage his anxiety.

Exceptional therapists. Kind and considerate nurses and a doctor that communicated well. Excellent specialist facility with fantastic equipment. Everything was good.

Consistent uniform colours to differentiate nurses from hca, to physio, to ot, to housekeeping.

After complaining; everyone was communicating with us about treatment and very kind. It was unfortunate that a fuss was raised before this happened. This is a family’s worst nightmare. Life changing and devastating. Your nursing staff, especially the support staff were fabulous. SaLT filled in the orange folder. (No one else did.) Alice, the Psychologist was so kind.

Communication. Communication was not collaborative. This lack made me feel isolated. Please talk kindly to patients and relatives. We are in a state of turmoil and transition. The orange folder was not filled in. Relatives want to be collaborative in patient recovery. Bed and chair exercises would be helpful.

The whole experience of having to stay here and to get better has all been very good everything including the staff the room I have been in and even the food
