The doctor we saw 'Dan Wood' was very good with children and spoke and interacted with the child very well.
Suggested improvements
While waiting maybe something for children to watch and not just the new channel.

Thankfully we were quickly seen and treated well. Nurse called Freya who was learning attended to my 11year old daughter quickly and calmly. She cared for my daughter and took her time whilst keeping my daughter calm and happy. Wonderful nurse. Thank you Freya.

Empty waiting room so a 20 minute turn around on first visit. Next day had to go back for an X-ray. Xray was quick then back to the waiting for a wait. Sign said 2 hours waiting time but this wasn’t correct.
