The staff were lovely, the waiting room was nice, and luckily I didn’t have to wait long.
The staff and the patients in the waiting room
On calling 111 and it was ascertained that I needed to be seen at the Minor Injuries Unit, I was given an appointment time (for 4 hours later). This meant I could wait at home and not in the hospital waiting room. It was decided I needed an xray but the unit was closed as it was late evening, I was given an appointment time for the following day. On both occasions I was seen at the time stated.
The gp was very patient with my father, who is 70 and was frightened of his symptoms. Excellent service
Staff very nice and helpful. Reasonably quick to be seen.
The practitioner ‘Emily’ was kind, professional and understanding. She listened to me and involved me in decisions about my care.
Thank-you
It was an overall excellent experience and I could not fault it
