When I was upset staff were very understanding and caring.
Overall I was treated very well, only thing missing was the food which wasn’t good at all.

I think the choice of food was poor and bland.Hurry up and get out
Of that contract with the suppliers. They are rubbish!

Elsie has given us these answers because she has been treated very well by the staff looking after her she has said she has loved the food and she said staff have always been able to answer her questions regularly when ever she needed it
