I was informed of the 3 hour wait on arrival but was actually in and out in 2 hours. Very efficient, sent for X-rays and given a follow up appointment at JR yesterday.

All the staff were kind and very reassuring to my granddaughter. She was seen promptly and we were informed of what was going to happen at every stage.
I can’t praise them all enough snd I am in awe of their skill and dedication.

I can’t think of anything Brest they could have done differently that would have improved the care she received

I was seen within a few hours and told what to do about my injury.
Suggested improvements
Maybe. given me a compression bandage to manage the swelling around my injured foot or perhaps a boot to help me get around.
