I was very pleased with all the staff from reception to nurse to x-ray & the nurse (Lee) showed me my x-ray & that was very helpful. .
Suggested improvements
The day I was there the system they had in place appeared to be working well so if it’s like that every day …I can’t think of anything that needs changing.

I was given a strap to try to ease the pain ‼️

Gives some pain relief.just for the night until I could get to see a doctor the following day, I was in agony ‼️

Suggested improvements
Better IT services. The printer wouldn’t work for the referral letter to be printed. The receptionist had to get someone else to print it at their office o the other side of the building. It wasted a good 20 minutes of me being able to leave to drive my husband to the JR A&E. He collapsed when I arrived there a 30 min drive. His BP was recorded at 86/56
Please sort the IT out at the out of house depot.

Reception staff were the low point, being unhelpful about timings and patronising about the link between our NHS 111 call and the different advice and timings she was giving us.
Otherwise staff were all kind courteous and helpful.

Better receptionist with consistency between 111 and your messaging
