The care was (as always) exceptional!
Suggested improvements
Not having the system of a specific clinician dealing with specific people. I brought a 5 year old in with a head injury and he had to sit and watch 6 people who came in after him be seen before him (as well as the huge number who were already there when we came in).

My 90 year old mum was attended to promptly, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. I was very impressed with the whole set-up, and if I ever needed to use the service again I would be confident that it would do everything needed.
Suggested improvements
No suggestions in this regard - it all worked perfectly.

Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know how long the waiting time was but then again I didn't ask. 10/10 would injure myself again.

Nurse was great - Emma Hicks? Knew everything about dog bites!

Was excellent. Altho some I. Waiting room had been there for 3 hours, we were seen promptly.

The food wasn’t enjoyable- more choice of purée meals would have been appreciated.
I would have preferred to have seen a doctor more frequently.

He was very confident he explained why I did not need an xray so I was not involved with that but understood and pleased he gave me time explaining how he came to his diagnosis . I now have some brusing come out on my wrist even though i has said my arm when twisting my hand but feel confident with his explanation and not any more pain than before even my wrist. I am now moving properly and careful lifting still to be on the safe side. I can not remember what I was actually told if it became worse but I'm sure I would if known what and who to contact thank you as the way he examined my arm would give me confidence in the future ( it was mainly the pain and knowledge of my osteoprenea
