Seen by all necessary departments/personnel quickly and efficiently. Great bedside manner by all. Good cup of tea, rubbish coffee.

I walked into the unit it was obviously an efficient and well run unit.
I was kept informed all through and was treated kindly.

Absolutely superb service today. I walked in, was seen immediately and referred on the area concerned at the JRH. Nurses and doctors service was excellent and all very informative and a relaxing, much less intimidating environment than A and E. Thank you!
