Overall care of my mother was outstanding. Friendly, compassionate staff who effectively dealt with her problems. Good communication kept us informed about mums care and different stages of her treatment. Jason, the lead nurse was excellent in dealing with a feisty 91 year old who did not want to be in hospital. A great sense of humour prevailed throughout.

Cheerful, professional care, not first for myself but also others in the ward.

Kind, professional, helpful and I'm very grateful. My son (4) was given toys and pens and an amazing cardboard box that he seemed to have endless enjoyment out of. None of which staff had to do, so thank you so much.

Staff took the time to explain completely what they were going to do. All the staff were extremely polite and looked after the welfare of the patient. Future treatment was fully explained and hospital at the time was organised for part of the treatment. In all, nothing could be done to improve the care.

Instant attention, with explanation of what was going to happen and why. Carry on as usual - don't know enough about the unit, thought that could be improved.

Excellent all round care - from my point of view nothing can be improved. Very friendly, welcoming staff.
