Phoebe and Trish were brilliant and dealt with me very well. I also had to come back on Saturday as I was feeling worse and the practitioner I saw them was very reassuring. Well done all.

The care given by staff and explanation of my injury was very good

It is clear that the service is overwhelmed by the amount of users. The staff should be praised for coping with such conditions. I was quite happy to wait 3 hours to be seen but when people are coming from Headington to Abingdon because they simply do not want to wait 7 hours at the JR it shows how serious the problem is.

Just the fact that we have a minor injuries unit so close is all that needs to be said

People are obviously at minor I juries because they are not well. However when whole families arrive the waiting room gets rather congested and can be quite mammering when you are feeling un well as its a very confined space

Best care I’ve been given. The receptionist was great. The doctor was really fantastic; took my concerns investigated etc and I had a really positive experience (which is a rarity(!)). The doctor was extra good as she read my body language, as well as what I was saying which gave her extra clues in my care - thank you! I’m so thankful she gave that extra time
