Only comment I’d make is, I was referred via 111 and understood that would mean I was expected, people came in via the same route and were seen much quicker, so it was confusing to understand how the process worked
Suggested improvements
On your website it says appointments only, maybe would be better if everyone went via 111 and that’s how they were seen to avoid long waits
