I arrived with a badly torn skin injury to my R forearm and had been able to little first aid other the to stem the bleeding. Paperwork was completed on my behalf (to avoid blood stains I guess) and was seen promptly. After x-rays I 'repaired' and referred to my GP practice for subsequent checking of the wound etc. The care and attention I received could not be bettered. One week later and things are getting back to normal. My thanks to all

The professional who took the actual x ray was kind and efficient. It was good to see x ray from waiting room while it was being looked at, possibly unintentional.

By explaining why I was in pain when xray showed nothing apparently. I was quickly made aware that that would not be happening and some ignorant patronising impatience was felt!
