The reception staff were good, and the nurse I saw was fine. I knew there would be little that could be done for the injury that took me there, but the confirmation that I had done what I thought I had, and on timelines was just what I needed

Suggested improvements
If you can find a way to indicate how long delays can be that would be great, but I know that it will always be something hard to predict
