The doctor who I saw listened to my concerned, acted professionally, was very to the point and referred me immediately to hospital. This is where I have stayed for the last 4 days and without her referral my condition would have significantly worsened.

Suggested improvements
No mention of waiting times was conveyed. My appointment was scheduled by 111 at 5.20pm however I was not seen by anyone until 6.30pm. There were no cups available for water which was challenging as I have a respiratory condition.
