I have had to use the GP out of hours service a number of times over the past few years, either for myself or my 3 young children. I have always accessed them via 111 & had fast call-backs and very quick appointment times. I cannot praise this service highly enough. It is so reassuring especially when you have young children that are poorly. This past weekend the Dr I saw was so jolly & friendly & I was really pleased with the outcome. I feel very lucky to live in an area where this service seems to work so well.
