The staff and nurses were lovely and I would like to thank them for their time. I think they did their best .

I live half way between royal berks and the jr. I have been repeatedly let downbadly by both hospitals. Not listening and very poor service.not getting the help I needed. I came to Abingdon in severe pain with a suspected kidney stone. No pain relief was offered and I was told to go home and phone 111 I had taken some cocodomol which caused stomach pains and was told to consider which pain was worse. Kidney or stomach which wasn't very helpful.
