Sensible, mature explanation. Clearly and carefully spoken, in good English.

Suggested improvements
Nothing said at reception about waiting time, but a card said 'waiting time about 1 hour'. This was my 1st visit, and only by observation did I realise that my priority was low, relative to later arrivals - hence my >2 hours' wait time. So no complaint from me, but an explanatory word from receptionist may have been of value.
